In the early 1980s, Dr. Claude Leclerc wanted to provide his patients with complementary health care services. Thanks to his
innovative spirit as well as his soul as a scientist and researcher, he aimed to obtain "measurable" results in the field of alternative medicine. This is how the adventure began...
Dr. Leclerc learned homeopathy and naturopathy while working jointly with a collaborator of Dr. Paul Nogier, father of auriculotherapy. After all this learning and experimentation, Dr. Leclerc later discovered a very specific type of energetic medicine.
Then, he is joined by Antoinette Pardiac, acupuncturist, and Odette Coulombe, naturopath, formerly a high school teacher. Together, they founded the first school of energetic medicine known as: Ô Centre des Médecines Énergétiques (ÔCME), now the Academy of Professional Naturopaths and Naturotherapists (AcPNN).
